On June 11, between 12:00 and 1:00 pm, an enlightening workshop entitled “Être un trublion pour un meilleur résultat dans les affaires et au travail” was held as part of the Les Expertes series, organized by BPW Montreal to explore the strategies needed to face contemporary issues in the workplace and develop tangible steps to achieve one’s goals.
A workshop rooted in innovation
This workshop brought together women professionals from a variety of backgrounds to discuss the skill or “troublemaker” behavior you need to acquire to achieve concrete results, whether in business or in your career. What’s it all about? Decision-making, opportunity assessment, communication and collaboration skills to play objectively in difficult situations where appropriation of a strategic vision has become a war strategy.
Lawrence Esso: electrifying leadership
Lawrence Esso, certified public relations consultant and founder of Kelart Communications, was one of the participants who gave impetus to the work of appropriating and analyzing issues. Her expertise in issues and crisis management, the cases Lawrence Esso brought to the table, and the methods she updated, enabled participants to see this approach as an innovation worthy of working together in business. During the workshop, participants were able to share their challenges, based on the practical tools provided.
